The Mardi Himal trek starts at Kande where we reach after an hour drive from Pokhara. The trekking trail is an easy and smooth one. In the beginning the trek route slowly up, then a bit steeper to Australian Camp (2060m) after an hour of walking.

Descending to Pothana (1950m) and hiking up again to Deurali (2100m) makes the trekking trail a more adventurous one. It is a relatively easy trek and ideal for first-time trekkers in terms of difficulty.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 8: Trek from Siding Village to Lumre, Drive to Pokhara

  • Drive back to Pokhara from Lumre (2-3 hours’ drive).
  • Rest and relax in Pokhara.
  • Overnight stay at a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 9: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

  • Take a scenic drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6-7 hours’ drive).
  • Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.
  • Free day to explore Kathmandu or do some last-minute shopping.
  • Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 10: Departure from Kathmandu
